PoCoMo Meals on Wheels

A hot dinner consisiting of soup, main course, dessert and juice can be delivered to your home at noon 5 days a week – weekdays – if you live in Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam or Port Moody.  Frozen meals may also be ordered.  Each meal costs $4.75.  This service is available for those who are unable to prepare a hot meal for themselves and/or spouse because of age, illness or disability

HandyDART Service (Simon Fraser)

Offers transportation for people with disabilities who cannot ride the bus.  Vans are wheelchair accessible. 

This service must be arranged at least three working days ahead by calling 604-524-3655.  Phone for information about cost, hours and service
